A conversation role on the `generateContent` wire.

## Remarks

Note `'model'` where OpenAI says `'assistant'`, and the ABSENCE of a system role — system text is
carried out-of-band in `systemInstruction`. A tool RESULT is a `user` turn carrying a
`functionResponse` part, which is the single most surprising difference from the OpenAI shape.
