Interface: RoleRemapRule

Defined in: src/batteries/validation/types.ts:247

Describes a required provider wire-role mapping for a primitive.

Properties

PropertyTypeDescriptionDefined in
expectedRoleTagstringDot-path resolved INSIDE value.payload — i.e. 'roleTag' reads payload.roleTag, exactly as RequiredMetadataRule.requiredPayloadKey does. It must NOT re-state the payload prefix: a value of 'payload.roleTag' resolves payload.payload.roleTag, which no ordinary payload can satisfy.src/batteries/validation/types.ts:262
idstringStable identifier used in violations.src/batteries/validation/types.ts:251
kindOrderingPrimitiveKindPrimitive whose provider-specific role representation is required.src/batteries/validation/types.ts:253
severity?"blocking" | "advisory"Whether a mismatched or absent tag blocks dispatch. Omitted means advisory, because the tag is a CONSUMER-SUPPLIED annotation: nothing in the ADK writes or reads payload.roleTag, so a blocking default rejects every tool call for any consumer who has not hand-populated a field this codebase never documents how to populate. A consumer that does populate it may opt into blocking to have the guard enforce their own convention.src/batteries/validation/types.ts:270
type"roleRemap"Discriminator selecting the role-remapping evaluator.src/batteries/validation/types.ts:249
variantstringProfile-defined mapping variant, such as a Granite generation.src/batteries/validation/types.ts:255
